The Sanctuary collects only what the faithful freely offer. When you light a candle on the Votive Wall, we store your prayer intention, the kind of intention, and the name you choose to attach — or none, if you offer it anonymously.

When you write to us through the Contact page, we hold your name, your email address, the subject, and your message so the keeper of this sanctuary may read and answer you.

When you enroll in the daily devotion, we keep your email address and, if you share it, your name. Your preferred time of prayer is also kept so the devotion may arrive at the right hour.

Offerings made through Base44 Payments are processed on Wix's secure checkout. We do not see or store your card details; we retain only a record that an offering was made, its amount, and the email you provided at checkout.

Your prayer intentions are displayed on the public Votive Wall so that the faithful may pray with you. Your contact messages are read only by the keeper of the Sanctuary and used to reply to you. Your subscription email is used to send the daily devotion. Offering records are kept to acknowledge your gift and to fulfill any obligation of a donation receipt.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that make the Sanctuary possible: Base44 for hosting and the platform that runs this site, and Wix (Base44 Payments) for the processing of offerings. Each is bound to handle your data securely and only for the purpose for which it was given. We may disclose information when required to do so by law.

We keep your information for as long as you wish to remain part of the Sanctuary. You may remove everything tied to your account at any time through Account — Delete Account, which permanently clears your prayers, messages, subscriptions, and offering records. If you are a visitor without an account, you may ask the keeper to remove your submissions through the Contact page.

You have the right to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, and to delete it. You may withdraw your consent to the daily devotion at any time, and you may request the removal of any prayer you have placed on the wall. To exercise any of these rights, use the Account page or write to us through Contact.

The Sanctuary is a place of devotion and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has offered information to us, please write through the Contact page and we will remove it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system connected to the internet can be guaranteed perfectly secure. We rely on the safeguards provided by our platform, Base44, and by Wix for the processing of offerings.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Sanctuary grows. The date above shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Sanctuary after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
