By entering and using the Sanctuary of Saint Michael the Archangel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

The Sanctuary is a devotional and educational space dedicated to Saint Michael the Archangel. It offers prayers, history, and a wall for the intentions of the faithful. It is not a substitute for pastoral guidance, spiritual direction, or professional counsel, and nothing here should be taken as such.

When you post an intention on the Votive Wall, you grant the Sanctuary a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that intention publicly on the wall, so that others may pray with you. You retain the right to your own words. Please do not include the private information of another person without their consent, and keep your intention respectful and fitting for a place of prayer.

You agree to use the Sanctuary with reverence and lawfulness. You will not submit content that is hateful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others; you will not impersonate another person; and you will not attempt to disrupt or overload the site. The keeper reserves the right to remove any prayer or message that falls outside these terms.

Offerings given through the Sanctuary are voluntary gifts in support of this work, not purchases of goods or services. They are processed securely by Base44 Payments (Wix). Records of offerings are kept for acknowledgment and receipt. Refunds, where appropriate, are considered at the keeper's discretion — please write through the Contact page.

The text, prayers, imagery, and design of this site are owned by the Sanctuary or used with appropriate devotion and license. You may share a link to the Sanctuary freely; please do not copy its content for commercial use without permission.

If the Sanctuary ever links to sites outside it, it does so only to aid your devotion. The Sanctuary is not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.

The Sanctuary is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sanctuary and its keeper are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Sanctuary after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
